Terms of Service

By using Bhage Padta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the service does
Bhage Padta records shared expenses, calculates informal balances and helps people coordinate repayments. It is not a bank, wallet, payment processor, tax adviser or legally binding accounting service.
Your account
You are responsible for your Google account, activity and the accuracy of information you add. Do not impersonate another person or add people's information without an appropriate reason and permission.
Financial records and disputes
Users must review amounts, payers, participants and splits before confirming them. A balance in Bhage Padta is a collaborative record, not proof that a legal debt exists. Group members are responsible for resolving disagreements and completing payments outside the app.
AI drafts
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. AI-generated actions remain editable drafts and require explicit approval. You must check every draft before saving it. Attempts to bypass validation, permissions or confirmation are prohibited.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, harass others, distribute malicious content, probe security, overload infrastructure or gain unauthorized access. We may restrict or suspend abusive activity.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and third-party services may impose outages or limits. To the extent permitted by law, Bhage Padta is not liable for indirect losses or decisions made solely from app balances or AI output.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may update these terms as the product evolves and will publish the revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
